I absolutely love staying here regularly due to the great staff, the convenience of the little cafe below, and the furnished apartments with all necessities. However, the rooms were a bit smaller than expected, and there was a noticeable smell of smoke. Despite that, the setup made it easy to get a restful sleep.

Staying at this hotel is always a treat for me. The staff is great, the little cafe below is handy, and the apartments have everything I need for a comfortable stay. The small kitchen and balcony are lovely additions. I keep coming back for the superb experience!

The hotel provided a great stay with rooms that felt like a home away from home, offering privacy and all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, although there was a minor issue with lack of immediate acknowledgment in one instance. The location was convenient for our commitments over the weekend, but the industrial area surroundings might not suit everyone. The dining experience was pleasant, especially with the tasty eggs and avocado. Overall, a comfortable and accommodating stay with minor room for improvement.

The hotel is situated in a convenient area of Norwest Business Park, with a lovely leafy view, making it ideal for my stay. The rooms were clean but a bit stuffy, needing some airing, although not having to venture into the city was a plus. However, a little more attention to detail could enhance the experience. The staff, especially Zoey at the front desk, were extremely friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The location suited my needs perfectly, away from the busy end of Norwest, with a pleasant view. The dining experience was delicious but only available on the second day and slightly expensive. Overall, a lovely stay with some room for improvement.
